By processing your payment and completing your order with us, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is free unless otherwise specified depending on the item.

PROCESSING TIME

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days.

TRACKING INFORMATION

When the order is processed, we will send tracking information to the email used during the purchase. 

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at sales@belleandbeaugiftique.com.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

For items received that are not as described in our listing or defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item or issue a refund asap.

All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and also be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

For non defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Belle & Beau Giftique has the right to refuse returns that passed the 30 days allowed time after delivery.
